Based on the IMDB pages, I think this is supposed to happen between seasons 2 and 3 of the TV show!

Wizards of Waverly Place has always been one of my favourite Disney Channel shows, the movie is a fun one too.

I think this film is a great extension of the series :)

Its quiet heartfelt! I hadnt even seen more than a couple episodes of the series when I first watched this, and the emotional beats still came across. Always nice to come back to.

You know what? First time watching this movie and it wasn't bad. Actually it was kinda fun, the tropical vibes and stuff. It took me YEARS to watch it. I watched the whole original series like two, three years ago and I promised myself that I would watch this movie once I finished Wizards, but hey, I completely forgot about it... And now there's the Wizard's spin-off, which I spent the last few days binging like crazy on Disney+. Revisiting the original trio, in a different scenario I guess it had a deeper meaning for me, I felt like a warmth seeing those three again. Man! Selena, David, Jake, Jennifer, Maria and DeLuise was/were PERFECT in their roles. Hopefully we'll see a mega family-friend reunion in the new show.
