Despite the presence of a very good actor in the lead role, this movie is nothing more than meh. The pacing is too slow and the story really isn't that interesting. I don't know that Rene Zelwegger was a good fit here - it seemed to need someone that could appear a little more cosmopolitan. She just never felt that believable, and while she is a good actor, she couldn't elevate the mediocre script.
