There was literally nothing engaging about this movie, I wasn't rooting for the characters, I wasn't drawn in by any kind of plot other than survival which needed more to keep me hooked. There's nothing of substance to this film, avoid to save yourself 90 minutes.

Catching up before it's leaving Shudder. A couple on a trip through the Irish countryside find themselves stranded and hunted by a creature who only attacks at night. It was interesting enough but the execution isn't as strong as I hoped. I like the setting and the way the 'creature' isn't really visible until near end. That shadowy darkness dwelling figure helps creating some really creepy and tense moments. However, the lighting is too dim for the majority of its runtime. Those camera movements are too distracting. The absence of any real backstory didn't help. I find it really odd how there isn't much dialogue between two leads. Overall it's not bad but it feels like there's some wasted potential here.

The movie does a decent job with it's atmosphere but unfortunately it mostly consists off "I need to get light because this Nosferatu like creature is afraid of it". Also who thought that it's a good idea to plaster the creature all over the posters..?
