I am a simple girl. To me this movie is proof that a character doesn’t have to be flawless to be lovable and a plot doesn’t have to be overly complex to be beautiful.

Not the best movie in the world, but a good solid, entertaining Italian Telenovela to go out and see on a random Saturday night. It follows a young woman who is trying to find her way in life after her mother passed, and after stumbling into a lie it turns out to be a fairytale. A lot of of great humor and a pretty decent plot line. All around just a great fun entertaining watch

Predictable as he'll. but I enjoyed the fact that the main character does some questionable things but was still a likeable character overall. Both Halle and Rege played their parts well and it was an entertaining rom-com.

I liked the movie, there were funny parts, especially the best friend. It’s a clever spin on a love story, sometimes still cringe, but less than I expected. I wish the love connection was developed more, but I’ll settle for a part 2 and they can develop it there 😂 I’d be curious to know how their story progresses.

A lighthearted watch that had its charming moments, but the romance felt a little forced and unnatural. The Italian family dynamic was easily the best part of the film, bringing warmth and authenticity to the story. The cast was likable, but the central love interests lacked chemistry, making it hard to fully invest in their relationship. Pleasant enough for a relaxed watch, but not particularly memorable.
