Racing through the journey of memories——
Natsuki Subaru, an ordinary high school student, is on his way home from the convenience store when he finds himself transported to another world. As he's lost and confused in a new world where he doesn't even know left from right, the only person to reach out to him was a beautiful girl with silver hair. Determined to repay her somehow for saving him from his own despair, Subaru agrees to help the girl find something she's looking for.

Honestly speaking, this is an amazing anime. I am seriously waiting for each and every episode to find out what will happen or can happen again. It has been a while since I was this excited for an anime.
I have no idea how this anime is so popular. Most the male characters would cry over a gust of wind and 99% will cry at multiple times. The main character especially spends at least a solid hour crying over 2 seasons. I get the main character is supposed to be a loser and trust me he is. But it took 2 seasons for him to not cry if a drop of rain hits him. I swear 60% of the conversation revolves around people talking about how weak, pathetic, or stupid they are. I get shedding a tear over the loss of a loved one or something but EVERY episode is all about unstable mental break downs that could only exist, in reality, amongst the most coddled weak adult-babies. It is like the story of Colleges cancelling class and literally providing crayons and therapists over the Trump 2024 election in the US (yes, look it up. These "adults" are actually that weak). You just know real life would make them (both those college children and the characters) would be far too much and they need to be placed in some kind of mental health ward. The plot is predictable for the most part. If you skip this anime, you won't regret it. But hey, it seems popular so I can't deny it somehow has appeal.
I forgot I had already watched this through in its entirety when it came out until I got to the last episode and realized there was nothing new. I'm sorry to anyone who wrote this show if they see this comment but this anime is exhausting. Subaru is a painfully underpowered SIMP who acts like a sniveling worm. Every girl in the show finds him incredibly indearing despite all the flaws he possesses, all the power he lacks, and how bad he is at achieving his goals. Subaru rarely learns anything from his mistakes and barely anything of substance seems to ever be achieved when anybody interacts.
First season was so much better in my opinion.
An Excellent story with an impressive animation. Each and every episode was a catalyst for the next. Although the plot was bit repititive, literally, but every iteration has something new to offer. Main character is a bit dull but that's the charm of this anime. Even though it has that same old anime harem cliche but that doesn't outbounds the positive parts. I'll definitely recommend everyone to watch this anime. This is one of those much watch shows.
