This show is dark, gritty, compelling, and an overall engaging watch. Kim Engelbrecht as the main protagonist gave one of the best performances I've ever seen from an actress. She gave such a nuanced and complex portrayal of Reyka, who suffers from underlying trauma that is both realistically and palpably conveyed in a subtle manner. Iain Glen also gave an incredible performance, with his mysterious aura and mannerisms really well done. The overarching detective work was also engaging, so I would like to congratulate the rest of the cast as well. Overall, a dark and thrilling crime show that has compelling characters, making it worth anyone's time.
