Bajirao Mastani is Sanjay Leela Bhansali at his most emotionally charged. The spectacle is immense, but unlike Padmaavat, the passion actually bleeds through the grandeur. Ranveer Singh is phenomenal, turning Bajirao into a man torn between duty and desire with raw intensity. Deepika brings quiet strength and tragedy as Mastani, while Priyanka Chopra commands every scene with controlled pain and pride. The music, the choreography, the framing, all serve the emotion instead of suffocating it. It’s dramatic, indulgent, but deeply felt.
