Dare to dream of a better movie. This is abysmally bad and that is no secret if you have read the reviews.

I need a root canal this movie is so sweet! A typical "chick flick" with a typical ending -who writes this crap? If Hallmark didn't make this, it should be blamed for it. One question: how did Celia Weston manage to have a career in acting, cause she certainly cant.

I vaguely remember this movie existed but I had never planned on watching it. Somehow, Moviesphere showed the title in French, so I only knew "Katie Holmes is in it" before I gave it a shot. It had all the hallmarks of a generic feel good drama except for how eerily Josh Lucas' character wouldn't shut up about positive thinking once he first said it and that's what tipped me off. [spoiler]Who would have thought that all you really need is positive thinking and someone failing to give you what already should belong to you? At that point I'd just hope that the people who bought the book at least got more than the 95% generic drama/romance experience we got here. [+1 for cool space animation][/spoiler]

the movie was okay I kinda knew where it was headed and especially with the ending it is what it is . but I do enjoy the quotes that were said in the movie
