Paul Andrew „Andy“ Richter (* 28. Oktober 1966) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Autor, Komiker und Ansager von Late-Night-Talkshows. Bekannt wurde er vor allem als Sidekick von Conan O’Brien in dessen Talkshows: „Late Night with Conan O’Brien“, „The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien“ und „Conan“ auf TBS.
Er spielte die Hauptrolle in der Kultserie „Andy Richter Controls the Universe“ sowie in „Andy Barker, P.I.“. Außerdem lieh er Mort in der „Madagascar“-Filmreihe und Ben Higgenbottom in der Nickelodeon-Zeichentrickserie „The Mighty B!“ seine Stimme.
