Could not wait for this movie to be over. The acting was gringe worthy and the effects were just not good. It seems like they blew their whole budget on Danny Trejo.

I started watching this thinking it was The Curse of La Llorona because of the similar cover art. Anyway, I stuck with it for some reason. This movie is no bueno, yo. Bad acting pretty much all around, and in the early domestic scenes with Andrew and Carly, it felt like I was watching a Hallmark movie. The best part is that Danny Trejo, the taxi driver, who is a complete stranger to the Candlewoods, just keeps showing up randomly to help this couple that he just met.

Please don’t waste your time… this movie is badddddd. The acting is bad and the story very very mediocre.
