Basically the first one, minus the Romeo & Juliet component and some better villains. So...better?!? Yup!!! Sometimes it actually has a kind of post-apocalyptic feel, but I guess tunnels under LA, filled with different gangs, might resemble something like that. In any case... It was well worth the rewatch, and I think most fans of early 90s action would appreciate this. The only gripe I have with it, is that there were too little of the lovely Maria Ford.
