Synopsis
Une famille heureuse, un travail rémunérateur, une grande maison confortable à New York... Bart Hughes a réussi sa vie. En plein été, alors que sa femme et son fils sont partis en vacances, il s'enferme chez lui pour se consacrer à un projet professionnel. Mais des rats grouillant dans la cave perturbent la concentration du propriétaire, qui entend se débarrasser au plus vite de ces parasites. Cette lutte tourne bientôt à l'obsession.

Pretty awesome movie. It's more of a character study than just a simple man vs rat movie. Peter Weller is great in it, and it's impressive watching him go slowly mad, as he sheds his reliance on material gains in his hunt for this disgusting vermin.

Peter Weller is good. He and the supporting performances make it better than average. Dialogue is good. The movie feels silly sometimes but I don't think this movie takes itself serious anyway. Good for what it is. Worth a peek but don't expect much.
