A cheap knock off of Robocop (the original, not the post 2010 remake And in the same way watching Robocop 4 was disappointing and unfulfilling, so was Steel and Lace. Special effects almost 40 years ago were pretty ordinary - and this is no different. Whoever made it didn't even both trying to be original, and looks like they tried copying some of those directly Overall, it did nothing to improve my life, or provide any entertainment. My advice is just to ignore this one.
Oof! While the premise sounds like a blast for a ridiculous and fun little b-movie, but it is soo cheap and bland, that I got bored pretty early on. It squanders what could have been a great party movie.
The rape & revenge films are usually not my thing, but when I heard Steel and Lace had some Terminator thrown into the mix, I had to give it a try, and well... It's still not my thing. Not because it's particularly awful, but because it ends up being rather boring. And to be honest, the smell of daytime television hanging over it, doesn't help either...
