Excellent Brazilian crime film from 1968. Very much a new wave film. It often uses hand-held cameras, the sound seems to have been done completely in post and everything is very much rough around the edges. The film utilizes voice-over which is always a good move, allowing the director to keep scenes short and cover a lot of time in a short space of (film) time. I'm not going to say it blew me away or anything but it's definitely a good film. Not a fan of the swinging 60's element though.
