On va leur botter le c… !

Set to a hilariously absurd premise where the US invades Canada over a trade dispute, Canadian Bacon tries to capitalize on its satirical potential, and John Candy, in one of his final roles, genuinely strives to elevate the material with his signature comedic timing. However, despite these efforts, Michael Moore's directorial hand delivers a dull, by-the-numbers comedy that never quite lives up to its inspired concept.
this movie is a lot of fun John Candy is awesome but there's awful language including many a buse to the Lord's name
I wasn’t impressed with this one back in 1995, but I’m chuckling darkly tonight. Where am I going to get my imported Weetabix cereal and Tim Hortons k-cups now? (Besides electricity, I think these are the only made-in-Canada things I buy regularly.)
still pretty funny after 30 years (I never saw it back then)
A cold war against Canada!
