A sus 42 años, Kwon Yool es el primer ministro más joven de la historia de Corea del Sur. Además de su reputación de ser un hombre honesto y de la mayor integridad, también es una viuda que cría solo a sus tres hijos. Pero lo que el público no sabe es que el primer ministro Kwon es en realidad un canalla malhablado que carece incluso de las habilidades de crianza más básicas. Nam Da Jung es una periodista que recurre a escribir tabloides de mala calidad para apoyar a su padre enfermo, pero cuando persigue al primer ministro Kwon para una exposición lucrativa, termina recogiendo mucho más de lo que esperaba.

Prime Minister & I is the story of a young journalist and the Prime minister of Korea that ends up having to get married to avoid a scandal. It is honestly such a stupid drama. It has everything you would expect of a low-budget drama (no idea if it was actually low-budget). From the cliched storyline to the weird direction choices, through the cheap soundtrack and cheesy acting. Yet, I kinda enjoyed it. I don’t know if it was meant to be a parody, but it didn’t seem like anyone was taking what they were doing seriously (if they did, well... woof), which made me laugh and made it a good drama to watch while cooking, cleaning or whatever. Would only recommend it if you either want to watch something stupid ironically or if you are into cheesy and goofy dramas.
