I was craving for some shows with disability where the leads overcome the differences and forever be happy. After watching the Japanese do it in "Orange Days" and "SILENT" ; the korean's have failed in their adoption by introducing the age-old stereotypes :
fake breakups and birth secrets
The show starts well but the last 2 episodes felt pointless and ruined the tension built until then with
discovery of a long lost mother with dementia and needless break-up
I will though appreciate all the actors who had to learn the hand-signs ; they looked authentic for someone who is not well versed in the sign language. This was Jung Woo-Sung's comeback drama and i would say he met the expectations with emotions displayed through sign . Shin Hyun-bin has also done well as an awkward learner of the language who is falling in love. Rest of the cast really had very little going on with their stories just being fillers for the main cast. "Tell Me That You Love" is a good attempt but fail due to well know korean stereotypes ; for someone new to K-Drama this is a good watch but for other it will get boring in the last 4-5 episodes
Sound effects it’s crazy good, photography is really amazing too, cooking this drama so well. Let’s watch it.
