Thordur Palsson should get an award for making an hour and a half feel like 6 hours. Okay story but my god the pacing is torture.

Everything was good except the ending. Blech.

The film stands out for its cold and gloomy setting, where the darkness and isolation of the ice create an oppressive but visually beautiful atmosphere. The plot uses elements of Nordic folklore, although in a superficial way, and the story unfolds at a slower pace in a sinister tone, but predictable at times, with a few conveniences to tie events together. Still, it's an interesting horror movie, supported by good performances.
