Not even Karel Roden could save this. I don't even understand what that was supposed to be. The only thing I picked up on was that it was a reminder of the legal system that allows for a 20-year statute of limitations on murder. At least in the Czechia. Which is a discussion for another day. As an idea, it probably wasn't a bad one, but the execution was, like, what? It could have used more episodes and not just one movie. Maybe a miniseries or a series. I kept waiting for some big thing to happen at the end and it didn't. Never again, thank you.
