Excellent biopic of the iconic and controversial figure that was John DeLorean.

Enjoyable for the most part, but I would have liked to have known more about the factors that drove the main characters at the heart of the film.

Great cast, intriguing story, uneven tone, horrible hairpiece. If you can somehow pull your eyes away from how odd Lee Pace looks with his hair in this film, good for you. I couldn't. Beyond that, though, I found this film decently engaging, but wasn't sure if they wanted it to be a comedy (every scene that Sudeikis is leading) or a drama (any other scene). I love Sudeikis most of the time, but here he seemed out of place a bit. I'm sure it was an intentional move, but it kept pulling me out when he'd get a little too cute with his interactions (to be clear, this is Sudeikis being Sudeikis... which is really all he can play). If you can get past that, the story of DeLorean is intriguing, even if you don't get a ton of depth into who he was.
