Boseman is fast becoming one of the finest actors of this generation, and he brings to life one chapter of Marshall's career with aplomb. Credit to both men - a celebrated and accomplished lawyer, and the actor who plays him. A good film.
I've gotta watch more movies with Chadwick Boseman. This movie was very good, but it was really him that drew me in.
“It’s not really fires I’m after, Sam. It’s fire itself.” - Thurgood Marshall Excellent performances by Chadwick Boseman & Josh Gad. 💼:pray_tone3:🎓
Being Black in the U.S. during the first half of XX Century really sucked, specialty down south.
A solid cast. Chadwick Boseman and Josh Gad make a great pair in this courtroom drama. Reading up on the story, a few liberties were taken, but the film had a great mix of drama and humor.
