Sinopsis
Jugadores nuevos y conocidos se reúnen para una nueva temporada de los Halifax Highlanders, pero Doug, el corazón del equipo, no está en la plantilla. Marginado, Doug está a punto de colgar los patines y dedicarse a su familia y su trabajo, pero cuando descubre que su némesis, Anders Cain, es nombrado capitán y que los nuevos dueños podrían destrozar el equipo, se ve obligado a entrar en acción.

Decent light entertainment overall, but with the same flaw as the initial movie: It depicts hockey as a sports that is about beating others into hospital. It even suggests, that that is all wanted and even the referees just let people beat each other to pulp on the ice and wait for one to be ready to go to hospital. A shameful depiction of a sports that can be rough at times but the essence of which is effort and skill. A shame that they could not use this second movie to buy themselves back.

The original was no classic... and this pointless sequel is much worse. Remember when comedies were supposed to be funny? Well, there are no laughs here. Goon: Last of the Goon Movies (here's hoping).

Not as good as the first, but there are some good laughs in it. Sean William Scott and Schrieber are great to watch still, but some of the jokes fall flat, as tends to happen with this forced, add-libbed comedy style. lol It's basically like a mishmash of Goon and Rocky 3 and 4...
