Balls Up is a ridiculous comedy that fully embraces how dumb it is, and somehow that's exactly why it works. It's not a good movie in the traditional sense, but it's the kind of chaotic, over-the-top humor that turns into a fun watch if you're in the right mindset. From the start, it makes it clear that it isn't trying to be smart or meaningful, just loud, silly, and unapologetically absurd. Mark leans into the madness and helps elevate the energy, but the real standout is Paul Walter who brings a wild, unpredictable comedic presence that keeps the film entertaining even when it completely loses logic.
Admitted this style of crude humor rarely appeals to me but this seems extra el stupido. Would Not Recommend
A dumb, over the top nonsense film. Not the best by a million miles but if you want to sit and watch dumb shit where you do not need to think at all this the film to watch.
A load of old bollocks. An uninspired premise, a waste of good talent, and a director who has fallen way below his usual touch for comedy.
