I added Wildlike (2015) to my weekend watch list because Ella Purnell plays a leading role. Unfortunately, the film turned out to be painfully dull, weighed down by long, drawn-out dialogue scenes. I actually fell asleep at one point. Whoever categorised this movie as Adventure, Drama, Thriller should seriously reconsider their job. It completely fails as a hiking or adventure film, and there’s nothing remotely thrilling about it. After nearly an hour of waiting for something—anything—to happen, I gave up and turned it off.

_Wildlike_ is a well crafted and emotionally movie. The performances in this movie are good, with Ella Purnell delivering a powerful portrayal of Mackenzie's vulnerability and resilience. The cinematography is also great, capturing the natural beauty of the Alaskan wilderness.
