Cadence tackles the themes of racism and the abuse of power. It's a very little-known film, but I think it features one of the best dramatic performances of Charlie Sheen's entire career. I highly recommend it, especially because when you think of Charlie's dramatic films, you immediately think of Platoon or Wall Street (which, admittedly, are very good), but his versatility certainly doesn't end there. One of his best films.
