I think I liked this too much back in high school. Looking back now I totally find it pretty meh. But, I'll admit, it is still fairly fun to watch at times. I really like the section in the hospital, but I think those are terrible cops chasing him then. I do have one pretty big problem with it though. That one scene in the middle of the movie is basically rape. I mean, yea she turns to liking it after a while, but she keeps pushing him off in public and nobody standing around is willing to help stop this. I mean, damn. those are terrible people just huddling together to watch this go down.
Just like Chev Chelios who can't stop moving otherwise he'll die from the poison that was injected into him, this film is always on the move from the start of the movie to the credits rolling at the end. There is little down time in this film unlike most movies in its genre which slows down on the thrilling action to give time to develop the plot, but just because it doesn't whine down for the plot it does well intertwining the development of the plot with the action. Besides the thrilling entertainment you can get from this film, this film never takes itself seriously mixing in a few number of humorous scenes as well which were all funny making it a fun film to watch at least more than once.
Super fun, absurd and hilariously over the top. Just great entertainment with a super cute Amy Smart.
Well that was full of adrenaline. Not the good one but OK.
The beauty of this movie is that it makes no sense from start to finish, it's simply chaotic and delirious. I only watched it because of Chester, the best 30 seconds of the entire movie. Legends never die
