An awesomely cheesy crime action thriller with well executed actions scenes, stunts and plenty of explosions. The twist is there's a drug dealer from outer space who inject people with heroin and shoot people with compact discs. It's mindless, violent and funny with some great one liners from the entire cast. This one blends all sorts of genres, and it strangely works really well to be a highly entertaining cheese that is very engaging from start to finish. Lundgren and Benben are such a perfect pair and the villain in this is awesome as well. Definitely a great cheesy 80s action film that deserves a bigger cult following.
Might be Dolph's best movie without Sly in it. Has a nice buddy cop vibe, interesting secondary villain gang, effects were good for the time, and the lead villain alien is creepy. If you haven't checked out this rare treasure find it. Also known as "I Come in Peace" (both are terrible titles) when you search. Happy hunting!
Dark Angel is arguably one of the better outings of Dolph Lundgrens early career. Great action and good one-liners. Just the way I like it.
