Mohiniyattam surpasses its part 1 in literally every sense. The characters are given more room to perform, the premise is scary & funny, the situational comedy lands, the music hits with a powerful punch, the references feel honestly organic and writing is so much deeper & brilliant. A complete laugh riot.

Haven't seen this good a of a dark humour in malyalam cinema ever...

A worthy sequel with a strong plot, the shift to dark comedy really works. The references are fun, and the performances especially by Suraj, Kalaranjini, and Baby Jean are excellent. It’s a shame such a good film is struggling at the box office. Clashing with Vaazha 2 wasn’t a smart move at all. Hope it gets the OTT rescue it deserves.
