Started decent but turned rather bizarre what with the main character selling and buying back his lover 😭 Really enjoyed Simon, Miles, and Agatha, but once they weren't part of the narrative anymore I was way less invested.

Unconventional first-time script by Stephen Fry – the facetiousness of the movie itself a tribute to the bon vivants portrayed. An excellent depiction of the Jazz age.
