Sinopsis
Un sombrero de copa de seda desechado se convierte en el foco de una lucha entre un mago fracasado y un grupo de escolares después de que por arte de magia trae un muñeco de nieve a la vida. Consciente de que la nueva vida Frosty terminará en primavera, a menos que se refugie en un clima más frío, Frosty y un joven que se hace amigo de polizón en un tren de mercancías se dirigen hacia el polo norte.

It's good, but it's nowhere near the intensity as 2017 "The Snowman" starring Harry Hole.

Absolutely phenomenal. The animation is mind-blowing, and the wordless storytelling was brilliant. Using instrumental music to convey tension and emotion works so well, and the hauntingly beautiful "Walking in the Air" stands out even more that way. I really loved how cosy and nostalgic this felt to watch even for the first time. Though how that kid didn't freeze to death and the parents heard nothing of the nightly adventures is a mystery to me.

Nowadays one can really appreciate great animation made all by hand, no computers, no 3D stuff, just skills and a lot of patience.
