Synopsis
Un jour de grand froid, un petit garçon fabrique un bonhomme de neige. Le lendemain matin, il a la surprise de voir son bonhomme s'animer et l'inviter pour un voyage féerique ou ils vont rencontrer beaucoup d'autres bonshommes de neige.

It's good, but it's nowhere near the intensity as 2017 "The Snowman" starring Harry Hole.

Absolutely phenomenal. The animation is mind-blowing, and the wordless storytelling was brilliant. Using instrumental music to convey tension and emotion works so well, and the hauntingly beautiful "Walking in the Air" stands out even more that way. I really loved how cosy and nostalgic this felt to watch even for the first time. Though how that kid didn't freeze to death and the parents heard nothing of the nightly adventures is a mystery to me.

Nowadays one can really appreciate great animation made all by hand, no computers, no 3D stuff, just skills and a lot of patience.
