OK concept. A boy starts leaking blood from his eyes (it's not tears, it's basically a constant stream) and is treated as a miracle. The intro suggests this is a commentary on social media addiction. So yeah, the blood is like his 15 minutes of celebrity, it explodes like crazy as he goes viral, then people lose interest and he fakes it to keep it going. But on first read, it looks more like a criticism of cults. However I think it's missing a point. It starts by saying that social media addiction is not technological but sociological. Except it is. Social media is explicitly designed to optimize addiction. It's not a regular thing to which some more sensitive people become addict. It's more of a miracle that not everyone is. Anyway, it's kinda ok, but could have been half shorter.
