What a pointless film. It was like watching toddlers on their first day out, but it's actually grown-ass, sheltered kids driving/walking across country. No plan, no money, no food, no water, just their smartphones (which never need to be charged, apparently) and weed. They keep disparaging older people, but the only reason they didn't [spoiler]get mugged, raped or killed[/spoiler] was because of kind strangers they serendipitously met along the way. This is how terminally online Gen Alphas think the #VanLife is like.

A few teenagers run away from home, embarking on a unique Odyssey. The film doesn’t follow a clear storyline; it’s shot in a documentary-style, capturing whatever comes along. Morning fog and the sound of the tides, glowing footprints and crackling flames. The moonlight illuminating the sea and the stolen wheels… A series of images pile up, creating a sense of confusion yet vitality in their inner world. Each time the group of boys and girls burns their passion with strangers in the night, they always have to face familiar confusion and emptiness in the morning. No matter how grand the adventure, they must eventually return home to live an ordinary life. So, is this an educational film? Hahaha.
