This movie was very funny for the genre, but I'm worried Amanda Bynes had typecasting herself a little bit. She has been playing the exact same character in her movies recently but she still manages to entertain. Many reviews are focusing on this being an update to Snow White but I think it more closely resembles Revenge of the Nerds. First the loss of housing was an issue for the Vortex(Betas), then you have date ditching (Pi switching for Omegas), etc.. In fact the whole student council president "debate" at the end is practically word for word the same as Lewis Skolnick's speech at the football field only with Sydney using the word dork and Lewis saying spaz, geek, nerd. The movie still works though. Sydney generates a ton of sympathy and makes you really like her. As a bonus, her dad is cool man Bo Duke so how can you not root for her? Enjoy...

We need more Amanda! I like this Snow White movie.. Especially the little things.. They used some elements of Snow White, in a funny way! Overall a nice movie to watch (:
