People should really give this a chance. It is a much better CBS sitcom than normal and once the show finds its footing it is very enjoyable!
This is a funny show and I like it, so, of course, **stupid CBS canceled it**...

A Warmhearted Sitcom About Second Chances - B Positive is a charming sitcom about a therapist who reconnects with an old acquaintance after learning that she may be able to donate a kidney to him. Thomas Middleditch and Annaleigh Ashford share enjoyable chemistry, with Ashford’s energetic performance giving the series much of its personality. The show balances humour with thoughtful themes involving illness, friendship, loneliness, and personal growth. Although some jokes and storylines feel predictable, the supporting characters add warmth and variety. Overall, B Positive is a pleasant and uplifting comedy that becomes more emotionally engaging as its characters develop.
