That was pretty crap. It made no sense and there weren't actually any phobias involved

Honestly, horror anthology is really difficult to pull off. I think this one is not great but not bad either. Some hit and miss as you'd expect. The idea behind is cool but a bit too ambitious they try to fit those stories into 85 minutes film. Some stories are greater than the other and the jumping between story doesn't feel seamless. The acting was honestly pretty bad. However it did a great job keeping the tension throughout the film. Not the best but I enjoyed this one. I appreciate the effort put into this film.

Phobias is a better film than its reputation suggests, maybe suffering from expectations from flashier, weirder horror anthologies. This is a low-key, even-keeled series of shorts built around familiar fears, executed with professionalism and restraint rather than shock or spectacle. The segments don’t reinvent the wheel or chase outrageous swings, but they’re consistently well acted, competently written, and often thoughtfully staged, with a few performances and visual flourishes that quietly stand out. The comic-book-esque frame narrative about weaponized fear is clunky but functional, and the weakest segment is still perfectly watchable. If louder anthologies like V/H/S are a chaotic box of chocolates, Phobias is a sleeve of Ritz crackers: not flashy, a little one-note, but consistently satisfying if you’re actually paying attention.

It was pretty good. It deserves a lot more then the 3.5 on IMDB haha.

There’s not a lot to be scared about in this anthology horror but it’s not the worst of its kind.
