Martial Law pretty "middle-of-the-road" as far as early 90s martial arts movies go, but it has a few redeeming factors. One of them being the ever-so-lovely Cynthia Rothrock. Even though she is a bit underused in this one, she steals the show when it comes to the martial arts. Sexy and deadly!!! A great combination... The other redeeming factor is David Carradine as the big baddy. You can't EVER mistake him for anything other than bad... As for the rest...it's pretty mediocre, but because of the factors mentioned above, Martial Law remains pretty watchable if you are into this particular brand of martial arts b-movies. ...and guys beware. There are a few pretty painful looking nut-shots in this one.
Pros - None Cons - Loads and it sent me to sleep real quickly lol
