Moody, mystery, dark. I'm only 2 eps in and am very happy to report that Australia can produce quality drama without having to insert a compulsory overdrawn and outrageously quirky character into everything. Sorry. Good performances all around.
An intriguing beginning that develops at times with good moments of suspense, but that loses strength as it is resolved. The mystery about the murders committed by a priest at the door of his church begins to show signs of fatigue very soon, as an absurd plot is revealed that is introduced through coincidences and confessions of the characters in a way that is convenient for the script. And it concludes with a rushed ending in which everything is intended to be resolved in the last episode, in an inconsistent outcome that also does not justify the mystery of the beginning.
Once again Australia producing good TV, well worth a watch
I have just watched season 1, the only available so far on AMC+ and I found it very entertaining. I thought it was well written and intriguing enough to want to see where season 2 could possibly be going…
Where is episode 4??? Details show all 4 episodes are released.
