Thomas Bing Kin Chong (* 24. Mai 1938) ist ein kanadisch-amerikanischer Komiker, Schauspieler und Musiker, der vor allem für seine stereotypen Darstellungen von Kiffern der Hippie-Ära bekannt ist. Er erlangte große Bekanntheit durch seine Mitwirkung an den Cheech & Chong-Komödien mit Cheech Marin, in denen es um Marihuana ging, sowie durch seine Rolle als Leo in der Fox-Serie „Die wilden Siebziger“.
