Brian Thomas Grazer (* 12. Juli 1951) ist ein US-amerikanischer Film- und Fernsehproduzent. 1986 gründete er zusammen mit Ron Howard die Produktionsfirma Imagine Entertainment. Die von ihnen produzierten Filme spielten über 15 Milliarden US-Dollar ein. Grazer wurde persönlich für vier Oscars nominiert: für „Splash“ (1984), „Apollo 13“ (1995), „A Beautiful Mind“ (2001) und „Frost/Nixon“ (2008). Seine Filme und Fernsehserien wurden für 47 Oscars und 217 Emmys nominiert.
2002 gewann Grazer den Oscar für den besten Film für „A Beautiful Mind“ (gemeinsam mit Ron Howard). 2007 wurde er vom Time Magazine zu einem der „100 einflussreichsten Menschen der Welt“ gekürt.
