I thought it’ll be one of those loud action films that just goes on and on… and yeah, it kind of is. Everything is turned up. Action, drama, comedy, nothing is subtle here. Scenes just keep coming without much pause, like it doesn’t care if it makes sense or not. Some moments are fun in that over-the-top way, but it also gets tiring. Too many things happening, not enough holding it together. At some point you just stop taking it seriously and go with it… or you check out. I tried, but it didn’t really work for me.
