A time loop on a full week. That seems long, but it allows to focus on different parts depending on the iteration, and to avoid seeing too many useless repetitions. Of course there still are some mandatory repeated moments for comic effect, but they're limited to what's useful. The first part is about gradually convincing everyone they are in a time loop. It is just hilarious, almost non stop. The [spoiler]pigeon sign[/spoiler] is epic. It's also slightly weird, maybe that's a japanese cultural work place thing, but even if they are barely 7 people in the company, they seem to be in a very strict hierarchy (which does not seem managerial, so maybe just seniority) where everyone is ranked and the people above will not even listen to whatever anyone except the one just below will say. This makes it funnier since they really have to really convince everyone, one by one, but I wonder whether this seems natural for japanese workers. The meeting to convince the boss is incredible too. After the first attempt to break the loop fails, the focus changes and it becomes slower paced and tends to play more on the emotional which dilutes the funny parts. It's still good, it's so japanese, there still are funny moments, just not at the level of the first part. One small thing, it's clear since the beginning that [spoiler]the other woman is aware of the loop, shown when she knows the design agency won't do the work, and this also shows she is attempting to change things. And yet, she can't have failed to notice that the loop becomes different for all the other people, but does not even try to talk to them, before they reach several dozens of iteration ![/spoiler] I guess it's for the comical effect of the reveal but it seems a bit much. Unless it's yet another japanese work place thing, and maybe [spoiler]she tried and nobody listened to her because she's the lowest one[/spoiler] ? Sadly they skipped the almost mandatory tile loop thing where there is a few iterations where people are doing whatever crazy things they want. Or even simple things like the boss is asking if people want to go out and have a drink with him, and nobody ever does. Would have been funnier if [spoiler]all he had wanted was people to go and drink with him because he felt alone[/spoiler].

Nice movie about a time loop in the office. It's fun, interesting and also deals with some topics like comradeship and labour explotation.
