It ticks all the boxes of the Contemporary movie check list: No plot, Goofy acting, flat characters, idiotic premise, woke propaganda, GenZ IQ friendly... Rate 1/10
This movie has a message (which I would even agree with), but it will beat you over the head with it, over and over and over and over again, until you feel like that girl that (quite inconsistently) bleeds from the nose. Somehow the writer forgot that this should be a movie. The story was predictable, inconsistent, and not really funny. Each time it started to really drag, they thrown in something random, that mostly did not even made sense in the world-building. Overall, around on par with a weaker episode of Black Mirror.
well sorry but really can't understand how some people liked this piece of crap 😅
"Who's ready to save the future. The revolution begins tonight!" How hasn’t this film got more hype around it seriously my cinema only had 2 showings for it on the day it come out that’s ridiculous how do you expect a film to do well like that, and this film deserves so much more I can’t believe how entertaining this was easily the most fun I’ve had in the cinema this year I didn’t think anything was going to come close to 28 years later but this is very close. I adore the concept feels like black mirror mixed with Groundhog Day and happy death day, but also it manages to be its own thing not following the same formula, I loved how they set up the film showing each character’s story alongside the main plot. The comedy is absolutely hysterical especially the part where Susan tries to clone her son after he dies and the guy is asking some fucked up questions and asking can he use a catchphrase for a Ad I couldn’t stop laughing with them scenes. All the cast was great I loved the team members Homme Du, yeahhh I didn’t know that was his name sums up the strangeness of the movie, Ingrid and Susan also really stood out throughout. The plot being another film being about Ai just shows how big it’s become okay this film takes it to the extreme but admittedly I am someone who scrolls through my phone constantly it does take a huge part of life so I’m not surprised they went in this direction with the story ai completely taking over the world it’s done in such a wacky over the top way though you can’t help but love it. I think the ending is absolutely insane people will be divided on it I’m sure but for me I think it’s the perfect way to lead into a sequel well I freaking seriously hope it gets a second one after this cliffhanger can’t describe to you how much I enjoyed it going to be in my top 5 probably by the end of the year. All I got left to say is……… GOOD LUCK. HAVE FUN. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DONT DIE.
