came for krystal, stayed for the homoerotic subtext

This drama was quite interesting and entertaining. I love how the love story wasn't really the main part of the story line. I overall loved this drama except for some parts which is why I gave it a seven. The interactions between the cellmates were amusing and the interaction between Je Hyeok and Joon Ho were funny as well.

> A Play not for everyone The first 4 episodes are the hardest to watch and if you can stick to it until then the rest of the ride is funny and to an extent emotional. Although i found the prisoners backstories intriguing i had to skip most of these as i was rushing to complete this before Netflix drops the show from its catalogue. I liked the ending was realistic ; so prisoners corrected , some still waiting for the injustice to resolved and some once back to the world are doing the same shit again !! overall a holistic show that fails to grip the viewers .

If you enjoy any Reply series, you will enjoy this too. If you hate Reply, you will hate this all the same.

A very emotional series. I almost dropped out at the beginning because of the length of the episodes (an hour and a half each episodes for a total of 16 episodes). I laughed a lot and I shed a few tears at times. I think this series comes closest to how real life is in a prison. There are not only good or bad guards or prisoners, everything is relative and this series, in my opinion, better represents the reality of everyday life in a real prison than what other American series shows us.
