I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this show. The animation, influenced by anime, is impressive and the characters are well developed. I wasn't thrilled with Lara's voice actress... she did great, but I'm used to the Lara from the recent Tomb Raider games. The story felt a bit rushed, but not overly so. People mention the 'woke' elements, but I found these natural and not overwhelming. Overall, I really liked it and hope there will be a second season with the same quality.

I'm not the biggest fan of animation so I do completely recognise that I am the one mainly at fault here for not really liking this because I chose to watch it knowing it's not my type of show. I also think, with Lara Croft, I grew up on the games. I've spent at least a decades playing those games and falling in love with that story in that format that I didn't want to see it in any other format. I thought the show was ok but you wouldn't find me recommending it to anyone.

nothing new,absolute medíocre. barely any lara croft left on this,at the original one. incredible generic. the villain is a joke,doesn't intimated at all. lara friends are all one note,the animation can get stiff and inconsistent this it the definition of a soulless cash grab.

It was better than the last two Indiana Jones movies

Yes, we've come this far; I liked it. There's a saying I usually say: As every good thing comes to an end, we've come to the end of this good thing. There are very nice, enjoyable and very interesting scenes in the 7 episodes. As someone who played the game and watched the other movies, I liked it very much. If you've played the SMITE game, there's a character named Nuwa and she can control the stones like that. Her appearance in the series was similar to this. I couldn't understand why a dinosaur appeared after that; it seemed strange. Also, it was very obvious that Sam was kidnapped and it was clear from the last scene that there would be a second season. NETFLIX does a good job in its production, but I hope there's no homosexuality. Lara Croft is a very old series and I personally can't evaluate the past according to the present. So I hope it continues like this. I liked it and I've already become a fan. I added it to my favorites; let's see what happens in the future. We'll see in time whether NETFLIX can revive a legend.
