My favorite character was the lens flare in every shot

Cannot understate how horrible this movie is. Everyone is saying “Oh shut up, it’s a fun movie. Don’t expect a masterpiece”. Bro I went into this expecting a bad but fun werewolf movie and got a shitty zombie movie with werewolves instead of zombies.

I liked the part wit da wittle commando wolverine. In all seriousness I can get behind some campy ass b movie horror action, for this one though it would of been much better with some brewskis. The werewolves look so goofy and the longer the go the dumber it gets. Between the punk rocker werewolve to werewolves getting shot platoon machines down style. I don’t know why Frank Girillo insists on being a b movie star, he really is good in a lot of this stuff. The best part is my wife thought we were seeing The Wolfman and 30 mins in she’s like this is a long intro. When I figured out what she thought and told her we couldn’t stop laughing the rest of the movie.

Imagine having 1 year to plan and still being so unprepared. The scientists weren't even prepared. One lady was just having a movie night with her bowl of popcorn, hadn't barricaded her doors or anything 😆 I could complain about one million things here, but eventually I had to just shut my brain off. It ended up being one of those bad, but fun horrors.

Another one for the 'Frank Grillo cheesy action flick cinematic universe' and actually one of the better ones in that category. There's enough fun and thrills here to make for an entertaining watch and the cheesy (i'd say sometimes unintentional) one-liners made me giggle. The initial CGI transformation looked alright and the costumes and animatronics(?) after that for the werewolves look pretty badass. Not sure if the overuse of lens flare is intentional or not but it might just be a world record. Decent action sequences but I wish it was more interesting and made more sense with the story and characters. Some parts made me think of *The Purge* for some reason. Absolutely ridiculous last few minutes but I was more than entertained.
