this movie makes me so happy :) I love everything about it! but what I love the most is how the three main actors approached their roles so respectfully and PERFECTLY (I've read they based their performances on women from their own families), which I find pretty heartwarming considering this is a 28 year old movie and they weren't actors I would have guessed to be cast in a movie like this; even though it does line up with their images as *badasses*, but just not in the conventional way. I hope Snipes and Leguizamo are still aware of how important this movie is for a lot of people, as I hope Mr. Swayze is resting in peace 💐 "I don't think of you as a man, and I don't think of you as a woman. I think of you as an angel."

Why..is..this..sooooo good??... mannnnn..I watch stuff like Robocop and Predator and ehhhhhhhhhhhh ROADHOUSE!!!...

A silly but cute movie. And I'm still surprised Swayze, Snipes and Leguizamo were up for this way back in 1995.

Such a beautiful and comforting movie about embracing oneself and using that strength to empower others. Definitely one of my absolute favorites
