This is really a gem of a film. It has to be difficult to try to tell a story that combines both the horrors of high school (regardless of sexual orientation) mixed in with the complex topic of coming out (my heart goes out to anyone that has been through this). The writing and direction are top-notch but it is really the two leads that make the film absolutely sparkle.
