Synopsis
Eddie et Amber décident de mettre en scène une relation afin d'empêcher tout le monde de spéculer sur leur sexualité. Eddie tient à suivre son père dans l'armée, tandis qu'Amber rêve de déménager dans le centre libéral de Londres. Le plan semble solide, mais alors que leur arrangement commence à s'effondrer, le déni d'Eddie devient plus profond et Amber se rend compte qu'un avenir périlleux attend sa meilleure amie à moins qu'elle n'intervienne.

This is really a gem of a film. It has to be difficult to try to tell a story that combines both the horrors of high school (regardless of sexual orientation) mixed in with the complex topic of coming out (my heart goes out to anyone that has been through this). The writing and direction are top-notch but it is really the two leads that make the film absolutely sparkle. It's pretty good, but it doesn't even come close to my favorite films in that category.
