No idea how this movie got the hype it did when it was released. For the most part it's an obnoxious hipster break-up story. I was close to turning it off but it got a little more bearable once the format goes weird.

I can't remember seeing an indie movie quite like this one. I think the use of a lense to blur the backgrounds gives this movie maybe a little more credibility than it probably deserves. I was very intrigued by the premise and then setup, but as the movie went on I became less so. It seems like the first half of the movie reminded me of what I like about indie movies and the second half reminded me of what I dislike about indie movies. It grows on you, by the end you’ll either love it or hate it.

It's an interesting indie arthouse flick. One that has some refreshingly real characters and interactions, but the whole thing of not knowing what's real and what isn't, is a little tired, and confusing. Doesn't help that a couple characters really grate on my nerves. But still, is a cool little film, I'll be watching it again to dissect it further.

Not sure how I missed this when it came out, came across it by complete accident while scrolling through some film names and it popped out at me cause I used to live near Bellflower. Basically this is a classic twenty-something relationship flick with some unique elements. It's very true to it's audience and extemely well timed from all aspects of the film.
